CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS

Assessment of the Fundamental Rights and Social Safeguards Proposed under the Draft Amendments to the Constitution.

The draft Amendments to the Constitution, which propose around 250 amendments, touch upon a broad spectrum of fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as safeguards of social and economic rights.


Regional Public Discussions on Constitutional Discussions.

The Transparency International Anti-Corruption Center with support of the Open Society Foundations Armenia launches a series of public discussions in regions on the topic of constitutional amendments.


HCA Vanadzor Assessment օf RA Constitutional Reforms.

By RA Presidential Decree № 207-N of September 4, 2013, a Specialized Commission for Constitutional Reforms was set up to develop the concept of constitutional reforms and the draft of the reforms.
